OVI/DUI

How bad is it?

Known by different acronyms such as OVI, DUI, OMVI and others, a drunk driving conviction carries serious and long-lasting consequences such as jail or prison time, a large fine, and suspension or revocation of a driver's license. A person facing a drunk driving charge should not hesitate to seek immediate legal advice from an experienced drunk driving defense attorney.

What I can do:

I am an experienced OVI/DUI lawyer who will try to minimize or eliminate those long-lasting consequences. In some cases, you could get a three-day alcohol program (DIP for Driver’s Intervention Program) in Ohio instead of jail. If your driver’s license is suspended, I can try to get you a limited driving privileges permit. In some instances, I have been able to resolve clients’ cases without an OVI on their record.

Contact my office for a free consultation where I will give you an honest assessment of what to expect, what your legal options are and how much it will cost you. You are under NO obligation to hire me after this consultation. I accept cash, checks and money orders. If you cannot afford to pay the entire amount at the time of hiring me, we can talk about a payment plan over a period of time.
